Beijing Changrui Foundation (BCF)

We are committed to being a responsible corporate citizen. We continue to deepen our commitment to philanthropic giving and volunteer services through our charity foundation Beijing Changrui Foundation.

Founded by CPE in 2012, Beijing Changrui Foundation was officially registered in 2016. With the aim of fostering a stronger spirit of "social responsibility, compassion and devotion to our communities", BCF promotes time-honored virtues of altruism and helping the impoverished. We believe the success of BCF is a powerful testament to our promise of creating a lasting positive social impact. The Foundation's public welfare initiatives focus on two areas: medical assistance, and public welfare education and training.

Rural Teacher Training Project

BCF equips teachers in relatively underdeveloped regions with advanced teaching concepts to promote educational development in less-developed areas. Seven training sessions have been conducted since the establishment of the Foundation and over 400 teachers from Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia, Xinglong County of Hebei Province have undertaken the training.
Disabled Orphans Caring Project

BCF helps children with visual impairments as well as intellectual and developmental disabilities. BCF volunteers spend time with these children to ensure they feel loved, respected and accepted, thereby helping them to explore

Migrant Children Caring Project

We value and care about children from rural area that live in cities and organize weekend activities for them. We hope this helps to give them the love and the care that they need and prevents them from becoming "a lost generation".
The Changrui Kidney Health Project

BCF helps patients who are unable to afford dialysis treatment in both their physical and mental health recovery, with the end result being the patient ideally returns to a normal life. To date, a total of 40 uremia patients have received funding with total financial support
