Persagy Technology Co., Ltd. (Persagy)

Founded in 2009, Persagy is a digital technology and AI technology service provider in the field of building operations, providing software and hardware products and services covering building digitalization, electromechanical automation, management informatization, monitoring intelligence, and decision-making data.

CPE, as a financial institution that implements sustainable business concepts and strives for joint development of business and green benefits, actively seeks cooperation with companies that can create low-carbon value, assisting China to achieve the "dual carbon goals". In 2021, CPE invested in Persagy to help it become a pioneer and practitioner of carbon neutralization in the field of smart building energy use.

Smart energy use

With the acceleration of urbanization, China sees a consistently increasing energy consumption of buildings, thus facing mounting pressure from carbon emission targets. In November 2020, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Recommendations on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Term Goals for 2035, specifically proposing to promote the efficient and safe use of clean energy and low-carbon transformation of construction and other fields.

As a pioneer in the operation of smart buildings, Persagy has been committed to promoting the implementation of smart energy use and supporting the development of green buildings in China. To help Wanda Group improve energy management efficiency and lower energy consumption, Persagy developed a quota control system. Based on big data such as historical energy consumption and weather, it calculates buildings' future energy consumption through machine learning. In addition, Persagy developed a cold station intelligent control model based on big data analysis and AI algorithms for Wanda. As long as the information of climate zones, current weathers, and temperatures are available, the model can predict and automatically push cold station operation strategies to achieve precise energy saving.

According to statistics from Wanda, in the past five years, Persagy has helped Wanda Plaza conserve accumulatively a total of 150 million kWh of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emission of 150 thousand tons of carbon dioxide, which is equivalent to planting 15 million trees.

Intelligent building operation and maintenance

As the native digital intelligent professional service provider in the field of building operation and maintenance, Persagy utilizes its own industrial advantages to promote intelligent building operations and maintenance through in-depth cooperation with leading domestic commercial real estate companies such as Vanke.

In order to help Guancheng Vanke City Plaza improve operational efficiency and create value of quality control, safety, energy-saving, and staff efficiency, Persagy developed a management system, the "Digital Engineering Department". The system realizes the digitalization of the whole process of building operation and maintenance from source, planning, assignment, execution, recording, supervision, completion, to evaluation. Additionally, Guancheng Vanke confronts problems such as the large number of tenants, complex business types, large discrepancy in tenants' safety awareness, and unpredictable accident risks. To address the above problems and help Guancheng Vanke improve the safety management system, Persagy strengthened the monitoring of key areas, standardized the safety alarm detection process, and constructed an intelligent anomaly processing method.

According to statistics, most security risks of Guancheng Vanke can be pre-altered and resolved by the management system. Compared to the traditional methods, the system's alarm latency is 90% shorter. The digital intelligent methods have helped Guancheng Vanke optimize staffing and personnel organization and reduce labor costs, leading to a unit management area of 9,000 square meters and saving about 50% labor dependency than similar projects.

China Water Environment

China Water Environment (CWE) is a pioneering platform company that has successfully extended its value chain with comprehensive solutions for water treatment.

Heavily polluted rivers in urban areas are a "by-product" of China's accelerating urbanization and industrialization. It is also an environmental issue that the country is prioritizing. CPE decided to leverage the capabilities of its management team and support CWE to establish an expert committee comprised of top water environment services experts from home and abroad, facilitate cooperation with domestic and foreign research institutes, and gradually establish well-developed core technology for water environment management, which led to the creation of the river basin water environment management model. CWE then went further to create models for a regional water environment management and plateau lake water environment management to meet China's strict ecological protection standards.

In addition, CWE has internally developed a world leading fifth-generation sunken underground reclaimed water treatment technology, which is an advanced solution that substitutes traditional above-ground sewage treatment plants.

It is of great significance to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of veterans to better realize their own value, boost economic and social development, and serve national defense and military construction. To this end, Clean Pro has practically implemented its corporate social responsibility and established a comprehensive recruitment, employment, management and training system in supporting the employment of veterans. As of 2019, the veterans accounted for about 50% of the middle and senior managers of Clean Pro and its subsidiaries.

Under the trend of market-oriented reform of environmental sanitation, Clean Pro adheres to the concept of "labor creates value", fully respects and safeguards the rights and interests of front-line practitioners and actively explores the innovative mode. Clean Pro leads the standardized development of the industry by focusing on all staff labor security, strengthening operation protection and caring for migrant workers. Dalian Xintiandi Environmental Cleaning Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Pro, was selected by relevant state departments as the "model enterprise with mobile population health promotion demonstration".

Clean Pro Job Site

With the improvement of the domestic epidemic situation, the resumption of work and production is imminent. Ensuring the safety of public environmental sanitation is important for defensing the epidemic and achieving an orderly recovery of production. Clean Pro strictly controlled the "cleanliness", with more efforts put on road cleaning and inspection, increasing the frequency of garbage removal and disinfection in public areas, and ensuring the sanitation quality of roads, communities, and public areas.

As important urban public transportation tools, buses and subways are characterized by dense population and high mobility. Therefore, the disinfection of buses and subways is inevitable for the safe resumption of work and production. For this purpose, the project companies of Clean Pro had deployed in advance, they were equipped with sufficient disinfectant to disinfect the station's public areas, ticket machines, gate machines, security inspection machines, handrails, railings, seats, ground surface and other places where passengers frequently touch, to minimize the risk of contact transmission.

Clean Pro Job Site at Bus Station

Small stalls can greatly reflect people's livelihood. With the stabilization of the epidemic prevention and control, "street stall economy" has received support and liberation in the post-epidemic era. However, behind the prosperity and bustle of "street stall economy", there were large amounts of rubbish such as fruit peels, food residues, tobacco, alcohol and oil stains. In order to maintain the environmental sanitation situation of the street markets and the surrounding environment, Clean Pro reasonably adjusted the frequency of garbage collection according to the actual market demand to ensure the generated garbage is cleaned up every day through conducting field surveys to grasp the market scale, operating time and traffic of the street stalls.

Supporting UN SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities

In order to improve operation efficiency, reduce accident rate and improve emergency response ability, Clean Pro adopts an innovative intelligent management mode and intelligent environmental sanitation system to realize a digital operation of the enterprise. Through the establishment of a waste network filling platform, the construction of basic environmental sanitation database and the installation of GPS system and drive recorder on the working vehicles, Clean Pro can monitor the waste status of the collection point in real time, carry out intelligent planning on the waste collection and transportation route, intelligently send orders to the transportation vehicles and optimize the scheduling of the workers. Taking the rural environmental treatment project of Clean Pro in the whole region of Huangshan as an example, through the application of intelligent sanitation system, the efficiency of garbage collection and transportation is directly increased by 30% and the efficiency of workers is improved by 20%

Clean Pro Intelligent Environmental Sanitation System

Clean Pro is not only the beautician of urban and rural environment, but also the guardian of disaster emergency. While facing sudden fire and extreme weather disasters, Clean Pro not only actively coordinates its own vehicles and professionals to provide health security and water support for the local government's rescuing process, but also takes the initiative to rescue the community people who are in danger and difficulty. The practice fulfills its social responsibility and interprets the value pursuit of "Clean Pro is trustworthy".

Clean Pro Community Services

The epidemic situation has brought great challenges to the traditional sanitation operation. How to innovate the operation mode and carry out garbage collection and transportation efficiently, safely and properly by using advanced technology is an urgent problem for Clean Pro. Clean Pro and the hayward machine (China) Co., Ltd. ("hayward machine") not only jointly developed and produced specialized equipment for the collection, transportation and disinfection of household garbage and made donations to the epidemic areas, but also improved the body part of the traditional garbage vehicle which made the closed classification and transportation of garbage come true. In addition, Clean Pro actively designed high temperature disinfection cleaning and epidemic prevention intelligent vehicle to automatically and thoroughly clean and disinfect trash cans in streets, squares and communities.

Clean Pro Disinfection Cleaning and Epidemic Prevention Intelligent Vehicle

It is vital to strengthen rural sanitation and the epidemic prevention work at the grass-roots level. In order to do a good job in the quality supervision of township sanitation operations, Clean Pro's Mount Yellow Project employed a number of drones to track the status of regional garbage collection and transportation and carry out surface water inspection with the scope of nearly 4,000 kilometers, covering an area of around 100 square kilometers. Through timely adjustment of operation deployment, the daily cleaning of daily garbage and the clean water surface were achieved. In 2021, the Huangshan Project of Clean Pro was award ed the honorary title of "Advanced Collective for Fighting Against COVID 19" by Anhui Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department.

Supporting UN SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing

As an urban and rural environment and urban comprehensive service operation enterprise serving more than 20 million urban and rural residents and having more than 20 thousand sanitation personnel, Clean Pro was faced with many challenges such as the rapid increase in the volume of operation, the increasing difficulty of operation, and the strict requirements of disinfection. In order to guide the orderly operation of sanitation works and promote the implementation of specific epidemic prevention measures, based on its own epidemic prevention practice, Clean Pro issued the Clean Pro's operational guidelines for the prevention and control of COVID-19 and a notice of training on epidemic prevention and control, requiring all project companies to adopt flexible ways to organize all employees to learn and strengthen their awareness of self-protection. In accordance with the requirements and in combination with their own epidemic prevention focus, the project companies organized staff to carry out relevant special training and practical exercises.

As the epidemic brought a dramatic increase in sanitation work, it also posed relevant workers in unprecedented risks and challenges. The protection on sanitation workers against COVIN-19 has become a key to Clean Pro's task of ensuring urban environmental safety. To achieve this, Clean Pro has formulated the personnel protection standard throughout the whole process. In terms of the guarantee of materials supply. Clean Pro urgently dispatched more than 800,000 respirators, over 200,000 pairs of gloves and protective clothing, goggles, detergent and other protective materials, in the effort to safeguard the frontline sanitation workers. During the fight against the epidemic, none of the Clean Pro's more than 20,000 employees was infected and no suspected cases appeared.

On the basis of protecting their own employees, Clean Pro also cared about the national sanitation compatriots who were fighting together on the frontline. In order to call on more people to pay attention to the sanitation industry, respect and care for front-line sanitation workers, and join in the action of safeguarding the health of sanitation workers, Clean Pro, together with China Environmental Association, Cheung kong Business School, and Beijing Chunmiao Charity Fund launched the "Safeguarding Sanitation Workers" public welfare fundraising activity, to provide epidemic prevention materials for sanitation workers across the country. With the joint efforts of various parties, the donation activity raised more than 1 million yuan, for the purchase of 100,000 pairs of latex gloves, 200,000 pairs of disposable nitrile gloves, 2,000 sets of protective clothing, 6,000 goggles and 200 boxes of disinfectant.

OATLY

OATLY, which originated in Sweden, is one of the leading brands advocating sustainable development in the world. It actively promotes plant-based diets around the world and develops a series of healthy and environmentally friendly high-quality oat products. As a substitute for milk, OATLY oat milk can not only help humans with lactose intolerance, but also reduce resource consumption in the production process.

ESG concept is an important reason for CPE to invest in OATLY. OATLY focuses on sustainable development in all aspects of the entire value chain of farming, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, and consumption, and reduces the negative impact on the environment. This coincides with CPE's vision and concept in the field of ESG. CPE integrates ESG considerations into the entire investment management lifecycle. CPE is also committed to helping and supporting invested companies to promote the sustainable development of green business concepts by establishing long-term partnerships.

Responding to the national "dual carbon goals" and leading the sustainable new food generation

Under the pressure of increasingly scarce resources, urgent natural environment and continuous population growth, the food industry needs to consider how to create efficient, safe, resource-saving, green and low-carbon products to help the country achieve the dual carbon goals. OATLY entered the Chinese market in 2018 and actively developed plant-based protein products, encouraging more Chinese consumers to switch to environmental-friendly plant-based diets. In order to bring the brand concept of green, low-carbon, and sustainable development into the hearts of Chinese consumers, it must first integrate the brand positioning with the corporate value. For example, the OATLY Shanghai office turned down large-scale renovation and all the materials used were environmental-friendly and animal friendly. The OATLY Shanghai office has also established a sustainable behavior profile for each employee to encourage green office and green life.

OTALY also advocates for consumers to form a green and low-carbon lifestyle through collaboration with the industry. On the 51st Earth Day, OTALY joined the "Starbucks GOODGOOD" movement initiated by Starbucks China. According to statistics from Starbucks, every cup of oat milk refreshed drink reduces greenhouse gas emissions by about 64%. In addition, OTALY attended the VeggieWorld Shanghai & Future Food Forum China 2020. As one of the first brands to obtain international plant-based food certification, OATLY, together with leaders and experts in the plant-based food industry, participated in the establishment of China's first plant-based food certification standard, promoting the development and upgrading of the industry and introducing plant-based diet to more Chinese.

Box and bottle recycling program

As an enterprise adhering to sustainable development, OTALY actively cooperates with partners to initiate the box and bottle recycling program, so the amount of packaging materials that are landfilled, incinerated, and discarded can be reduced.

OATLY cooperates with coffee shops to set up the recycling bin and developed an app for recycling reservations. When the recycling bin is full, coffee shops can make a pickup appointment through the mobile app. The entire recycling process will be recorded, and the information is traceable. These boxes and bottles are sent to professional recycling companies, and the recycled composite paper is made into diverse derivatives.

In addition to coffee shops, shopping malls have become a main stage for OATLY box and bottle recycling program due to the large flow of people. In 2020, Shanghai Xintiandi launched the event of "Light and Shadow", gathering the world's most creative lighting art works. In order to bring more participants into the recycling program, OATLY and Shanghai Xintiandi jointly created an artwork named "Blowing in the Oat Field" calling upon people to care about nature and the environment.

"Silent baristas"

For OATLY, sustainability is not only at the level of production resources, but also the development of social groups, which is a more inclusive society. Under such a goal and background, OTALY has launched a barista initiative as a part of the OATLY's Barista Growth Plan to offer people with hearing loss vocational training, certification, and career advice, supporting them to become qualified and enthusiastic "silent baristas". Together with professional interpreters of sign language, OATLY compiled a dictionary to fill the gaps of coffee terminology in sign language, so the "silent baristas" can be systematically trained. This "silent baristas" initiative has been held for 4 sessions and trained 48 trainees.

OATLY's Barista Growth Plan

In addition to creating a platform of coffee learning and career for the hearing-impaired people, OTALY also strives to make the public understand and respect the group of "silent baristas". In 2020, OTALY and "silent baristas" participated in the Beijing Coffee Youth Day. To help customers communicate with the baristas, OATLY prepared essential sign language instructions, so the customers could quickly master key phrases such as "hello", "thank you", and "a cup of oat milk coffee, please". Through communicating with sign language, more people have started to understand "silent baristas" whose confidence and enthusiasm for dreams also bring the society more positivity.

Hongci Healthcare Group

HongCi Healthcare Group ("HongCi") is a medical investment management platform, which is committed to building a comprehensive medical industry chain including doctor group, school of management, school of medicine (nursing), supply chain platform, information technology, etc.

The unexpected epidemic has posed a serious challenge to our health care system. As a supplement to public medical institutions, social medical institutions need to maximize their

advantages during the epidemic to ensure the supply of medical services and prevent the spread of the virus.

Immediately after the outbreak of the COVID-19, CPE actively promoted HongCi to set up an emergency management group through the board mechanism. The emergency management group is responsible for developing prevention and control strategies, coordinating resources, and deploying prevention and control tasks..

Maximize Our Strengths and Fight against the Epidemic

In order to improve the self-protection capabilities of medical staff, HongCi organized medical staff to conduct coronavirus prevention and control training through a full-time video teleconference system. At the same time, subordinate medical institutions have organized all staffs to carry out special training, treatment and emergency drills for the prevention and control of coronavirus pneumonia in accordance with the actual situation, which improved the overall prevention and control level of the team.

Under the leadership of the emergency management group, the subordinate hospitals quickly launched emergency plans for major public health emergencies, and optimized pre-inspection, triage and equipped with perfect disinfectant and protective materials. As of March 29, 2020, a total number of more than 18,000 people from 19 subordinate medical institutions have been involved in the treatment and control of the epidemic. More than 3,000 observation wards and more than 2,800 isolation wards were provided. The fever clinic has received more than 2,500 patients, and over 300 patients were kept under observation and hospitalized.

Setting up traffic barriers is important to minimize the impact of the epidemic spread and maintain overall social stability. The medical institutions under HongCi actively cooperated with the local health commission to participate in the epidemic detection at traffic checkpoints, transportation of fever patients, and guard on quarantine point.

We Are United in Solidarity

HongCi has sent 8 medical teams with 22 experienced medical staffs to Hubei. Yang Yunhai, the dean of Changchun CPE Changsheng Hemodialysis Center, is one of the expert team members. Dean Yang has participated in guiding the infection control work of Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital and Wuhan Living Room Fangcai Hospital.

Township health institutions at the grass-roots level played an important role in the joint prevention and control of COVID-19. Meanwhile, township level health institutions were also facing great pressure due to their small scale and lack of knowledge of epidemic prevention system among medical staffs. Caoxian County Hospital selected medical staffs to support epidemic prevention work at township level hospitals.

After the outbreak of the epidemic, the number of COVID-19 patients in Tangshan Infectious Disease Hospital increased sharply which led to the weighty treatment task. Tangshan Hongci Hospital responded quickly and set up two medical teams mainly composed of experts from respiratory department and critical care department to support Tangshan Infectious Disease Hospital in batches in the treatment of COVID-19 patients. In addition, in order to make the most of the complementation of urban and rural medical resources, Tangshan Hongci Hospital had also set up a two-way referral fleet, which is on 24 hours standby.

Medical staffs to Wuhan City

Facilitate Work Continuation and Seize New Opportunities

After the outbreak of the epidemic, many public general hospitals were identified as designated hospitals for COVID-19 treatment. Except for fever clinics, most departments, including dialysis rooms, were closed. As a result, patients originally receiving dialysis in

public hospitals needed to be transferred to renal hospitals and independent hemodialysis centers. In this context, Hongci Changsheng Medical Has taken active actions, not only support for the dialysis needs of Wuhan and other severely affected areas, but also undertaking dialysis treatment tasks for emergency patients in many public hospitals..

With the improvement of the domestic epidemic situation, students all have returned to school. In order to prevent the epidemic occurring on campus, HongCi affiliated hospitals actively cooperated with the arrangements of the local government, sending medical instructors to station in the school and help the school formulate various epidemic prevention procedures, carry out epidemic prevention training and emergency drills, and guided the school in anti-epidemic work.

As the epidemic prevention and control gradually turned into a protracted war, the normalized epidemic prevention and control has become a common challenge for the medical industry. Strengthening communication and cooperation is necessary to promote the recovery of the medical industry. In the theme forum of "National Enterprise Hospital E Forum" held in 2020, HongCi was invited to share "Fine Management of Medical Groups in the Post-epidemic Era".
